The World of Interiors is considered one of the most influential design magazines and is often referred to as the Holy Grail of said category. Always relevant, always unpredictable, it doesn’t so much fit into the market as define it. And that’s why we are SO excited to announce that the May issue of World of Interiors is now out with a special Kitchens & Bathrooms section which features our very own hand-cut “Diamont Grand” mosaic from the Semplice collection! We are so appreciative of all the hard work that went into this.

Diamont Grand, shown below and in World of Interiors in polished Calacatta, Xanadu, Kehena, and Saint Laurent, is part of the Semplice collection of 33 mosaic designs inspired by the transformation of pattern through color. Semplice, which means “simple” in Italian, explores the creation of patterns in classic geometric shapes that become dimensional through the intentional use of color. Using black as a bold accent the patterns evolve into dramatic combinations of color blocked stone. The use of contrasting stone colors imply an optical illusion. In a monochrome palette, the same shapes become more nuanced with subtle color variations caused by the veining inherent in natural stone. All of the mosaics in the Semplice collection can be installed on walls or floors, indoors or out.

Diamont Grand, a hand-cut stone mosaic, shown in polished Calacatta Baroque, Xanadu, Kehena, and Saint Laurent, is part of the Semplice collection for New Ravenna.

Diamont Grand and all other New Ravenna products are available for purchase through designer showrooms across the country and internationally. The company provides design services along with on-site supervision of installations. New Ravenna mosaics are found in homes, restaurants, hotels, casinos, and businesses around the world.
